FAIRFIELD, N.J. – February 23, 2016 – Crispy Green and Produce for Kids continue strengthening their relationship while bringing better nutrition options and information to families in the Big Apple by participating in the annual Kids Food Fest on March 5-6.
The Kids Food Festival celebrates its sixth event at Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park, in collaboration with the James Beard Foundation and Upsilon Ventures. Kids Food Fest is the brainchild of Cricket Azima, founder of the Creative Kitchen.
Cricket enthusiastically explains, “The Kids Food Festival is a celebration to educate families about making balanced food choices to help create wholesome lifelong eating habits for both kids and parents. We offer a host of family-friendly activities including hands-on cooking, sampling, giveaways and entertainment—we actually have Snoopy from the Peanuts Movie coming this year!” What’s even more amazing is that this event is free to the public.
Since Crispy Green sponsored the Power Your Lunchbox program last summer, they have been seeking out additional opportunities to promote this powerful message and continue aligning their brand with other organizations that share similar core values and objectives. It only made sense to link up again with Produce for Kids to continue the momentum in influencing families to make healthier eating choices, by sharing space and activities at the upcoming Kids Food Fest!
