Pretzels
Pretzels are one of our favorite nut free snacks because they require absolutely no prep work at all and satisfy those crunchy cravings! You can even serve them with your favorite nut free dip as well like salsa or even guacamole. Just make sure that you look at the packaging and ingredients before consuming store bought pretzels, as some manufacturers may process them on the same equipment that processes nuts.

Healthy Fruit Smoothies
The best thing about having fruit smoothies as one of your daily nut free snacks is that you can totally customize them to your specific tastes. Throw some banana into your traditional strawberry smoothie for an unexpected twist, or add in some nut-free protein powder to your favorite smoothie for an extra protein packed punch. You can even sneak in some veggies to get in some additional vitamins and minerals.

String Cheeses
These nut free snacks are a great way to get your daily dose of calcium in, and since they’re prepackaged, they’re perfect for anyone lacking time to prep for lunch. You can choose string cheeses in a variety of flavors, such as jalapeno, classic mozzarella, pepper jack, and cheddar. It all depends on how much you like the spice!

Popcorn
Who doesn’t love a nice big handful of popcorn? Make this tempting option for nut free snacks your own by making it yourself at home! Simply add ½ cup of popcorn kernels and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a large pot, cover it (tightly!) and cook on medium heat until most of the popping subsides. Doesn’t get much easier than that!

Fresh Veggies
Not only are fresh veggies one of the healthiest choices for nut free snacks, they are also super simple to pack in a lunchbox! Simply chop up your favorite veggies the night before and throw them in a zip-lock bag and you’re good to go! You can even take a pack of your favorite ranch dressing with you for dipping, but again, be sure to read the ingredients first before snacking!
