Throw some banana into your traditional strawberry smoothie for an unexpected twist, or add in some nut-free protein powder to your favorite smoothie for an extra protein packed punch. You can even sneak in some veggies to get in some additional vitamins and minerals.

String Cheeses
These nut free snacks are a great way to get your daily dose of calcium in, and since they’re prepackaged, they’re perfect for anyone lacking time to prep for lunch. Simply add ½ cup of popcorn kernels and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a large pot, cover it (tightly!) and cook on medium heat until most of the popping subsides. Doesn’t get much easier than that!

Fresh Veggies
Not only are fresh veggies one of the healthiest choices for nut free snacks, they are also super simple to pack in a lunchbox! Simply chop up your favorite veggies the night before and throw them in a zip-lock bag and you’re good to go! You can even take a pack of your favorite ranch dressing with you for dipping, but again, be sure to read the ingredients first before snacking!
