The Story Behind Crispy Green Inc.

There are many stories about people whose lives were transformed by unexpected events. In our case, such a life transforming event happened in late 2003 when we tasted some amazing freeze-dried apples during our trip to the north central region of China. The apples were so light and crisp, and at the same time had the most fresh and true apple taste. And best of all, they contained nothing but real apple.

Right then, we knew that we had a gift from Mother Nature and we had to bring this perfect snack back home so others could enjoy it.

Inspired by our experience, we founded Crispy Green Inc. in August 2004. Our mission is to provide delicious and wholesome snacks using the best natural ingredients with no artificial flavor enhancement. We wanted to share our delightful discovery with others like us who want nothing less than the best nature has to offer.

In the summer of 2005, we introduced Crispy Apricots (see Nutrition Facts below) and followed by Crispy Peaches and Crispy Apples. Late 2006, we launched our latest taste sensation - Crispy Pineapples.

Freeze-dried fruits offer wonderful nutritional benefits and real fruit taste. They have been around since 1980's and have been used primarily as ingredients in breakfast cereals. However, what makes Crispy Green^® Crispy Fruit so different is the quality of the materials we use to produce our products. 

Among Crispy Green^® Crispy Fruit's many healthy benefits is simplicity. Because we do not use any additives (i.e. sweeteners) in our process, our great taste is entirely dependent on the natural taste of the fruits we start with. And only the best quality fruits, sourced from certified and carefully selected growers, are chosen to make our Crispy Fruit products.
